CmdHire is a recruiter workflow product. This policy explains how the marketing site and pilot product are intended to handle information.

Information we may collect

We may collect contact details submitted through pilot requests, basic site analytics, product feedback, and information a pilot customer chooses to import or save in the desktop app.

Candidate and job data

For the desktop MVP, CmdHire is designed around local-first storage for saved candidates, jobs, and notes. If a customer enables external model providers or integrations, data may be sent to those services according to the customer’s configuration and authorization.

How we use information

We use information to respond to pilot requests, operate the product, improve matching workflows, support customers, and maintain security.

Sharing

We do not sell candidate data. We may share information with service providers needed to operate the website, communicate with customers, or provide approved product functionality.

Retention

Marketing inquiries are kept as long as needed for business follow-up. Local desktop records remain under the customer’s control unless synced or exported by the customer.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided to CmdHire by contacting us.
